Everything went well except for a little hiccup with the invoicing; I just couldn't find the attachment in the emails. We got it sorted out via private email. I was really impressed by how fast the product showed up, especially with all the Covid stuff and the Suez Canal situation.

The item I needed wasn't in stock in Australia, but the team really went above and beyond to see if they could source it from their supplier. Luckily, one was on hand, so they placed the order right away, and it showed up at my door in about three weeks. Fantastic service, especially these days!

"Disappointing Products and Service"
The service was really lacking; they obviously don’t have a good grasp of their own products. I reached out for some guidance on what to purchase, and it turned into a real hassle from the start. I’d definitely recommend folks to shop locally where you can check things out in person. The items I received weren’t suitable for my bike, even after I asked about it beforehand. I ended up waiting ages for a tail tidy and some indicators, which are now destined for the trash. They ignored my last email, but I bet they’ll respond to this one since it’s out in the open. I couldn’t be more let down.

"RAM Mounts Review"

"Fast delivery as always"
Fast delivery as always, this item showed up quicker than I thought and I gave it a try, everything's fine, but the tether seems to be a bit smaller than the X-grip. No biggie this time since this one's going in our van. This is my second X-grip; the first one has been solid, sitting on the motorbike handlebars for four years now.

"Skip the extra charge for fast shipping"
I forked out extra cash for the suggested fast shipping, which was meant to arrive in 1-2 business days. It ended up taking a whole week (weekend included). To be honest, my last order from Hurtlegear did arrive in just 2 days. If I decide to buy again down the line, I won't bother with the 'express' shipping.

Really supportive, great communication, I faced a couple of issues getting my order, but with the ongoing Covid situation, these things happen. Because of the hold-ups, Hurtle offered me free shipping, so overall, it was a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

"Mediocre Customer Support"
I put in my order back in October after chatting with a rep on the phone who promised me my stuff would show up by Christmas. When I checked in November, I discovered that my item hadn’t even been ordered. It finally got here this week, but after Christmas. The product came just as I requested, but dealing with Hurtle Gear was just okay.
